What Happens When You Call

The phone is the only way to reach us. There's no form, no email and no office to stop by. When you call, we ask what you're seeing, where on the house it is and how long it's been going on. Then we pick a day that works for you and come out to your home.

Once we're there, we get up top and look closely at the shingles, the metal around chimneys and pipes, and the edges where water runs off. We snap pictures as we go, so you see the same things we did. Then we tell you plainly if fixing it makes sense or if the roof is near the end of its life. We are licensed and insured, and our work comes with a 10-year labor warranty. Once a job is done, we check back with you and go over how to care for it. Good to Have Handy Before You Call

1. Where your home is and which days work best for us to stop by.
2. A short note on what you've noticed, like a ceiling stain, missing shingles or a gutter pulling loose.
3. A rough idea of how old the roof is and any past repairs you know about.
4. Your insurance details if a storm caused the damage, so we can explain what our photos show.
